- All requests for changes must be confirmed by sending a communication to the camp email info@bvrcamp.org.
- All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.
Waitlists
- Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session.
- There is no cost to remain on a waitlist.
- If an opening becomes available, families are contacted in the order in which they were added to the waitlist.
Discounts
The following discounts will be applied by the Camp Office to qualifying campers upon enrollment into requested programs and sessions.
8-Week Discount
Campers enrolled for all eight weeks of camp will receive a 5% discount off the total cost of selected programs (Extended Day and Bus Transportation fees not included).
Sibling Discount
Families registering more than one camper will receive a $50 discount off the second and each subsequent sibling’s total registration fee.
Special Needs
Any camper who can navigate well in a typical school setting should thrive at Beaver Summer Camp. However, because children’s safety is paramount, some prospective campers’ physical or emotional considerations may require extra support. Please call the Camp Office to discuss your child’s specific needs and to find out if our camp is an appropriate placement.
Health Information
- Beaver requires each camper to have an annual health history form completed by the parents/guardians before they participate in any programming. This online health history form is housed on our registration site, and it must be completed by June 1.
- Beaver requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 12 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than June 1.
- It is the parents’/caregivers’ responsibility to bring any special concerns about their child to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.
- We highly encourage all families to vaccinate their children for COVID-19.
- Parents/caregivers can apply for religious and medical exemptions; conversations about religious exemptions and any necessary forms will be handled through the Camp Office.
Conditions For Participation
Beaver Summer Camp strives to offer a group experience and opportunities for learning within the boundaries of safety and well-being for all participants. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, if we determine in our discretion the camper or their parent/caregiver has violated the conditions for participation or has become a hindrance to the goals of the program.
