COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING

Looking to further your kid’s leadership experience and elevate their empathy for younger children? Then a meaningful opportunity is awaiting them in our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program. Our CIT program is specifically designed for teens aged 13 to 15 who want to develop their leadership skills in working with children. CITs will learn essential practices in effective communication, activity engagement, and camper supervision by helping counselors work with younger campers. With guidance and oversight provided by our CIT Directors, CITs will have the hands-on opportunity to assist group counselors, help facilitate activities, and plan special events. Plus, a session day trip will bring the whole CIT cohort together to discuss camp experiences and build community.
